Hands on Training

Dental assisting school prepares you to knowledgeably assist a dentist. Dental assistants may carry out a variety of laboratory, clinical and office duties.

HDAS classes are held on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

  
 


Dental assistant school - hands on training Upon graduation, you will receive a certificate and will be prepared to become a Registered Dental Assistant. A Registered Dental Assistant must first pass the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners exam. 

Our Dental Assisting program and study guides are designed to help you pass the exams.  We even pay for your exam given by a state approved entity.

Dental assistant training is covered using classroom instruction and practical hands-on training with the equipment, instrumentation and materials used in a state-of-the-art practicing dental office.  More about the Dental Assisting Program

TSBDE approved Dental Assistant registration course and exam on Friday, June 20, 2008 in cooperation with the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and Dr. Robert Cooley.
