Pay off your balance$3,550 all in. That includes your textbook, study guides, materials, health care workers CPR, and the TSBDE state-approved RDA exam. There are no extra costs on top.
No. A deposit of $975 or $1,675 reserves your seat, and the balance is spread over 10 weekly payments. Paying in full is also an option if you'd rather be done with it.
If a balance carries into your session, a $305 fee applies, bringing the total to $3,855. Clear your balance before your first Saturday and the fee never applies at all.
Your first weekly payment is invoiced to you by email before your first day, and you pay that one yourself. Every payment after it drafts automatically each week until your balance is clear.
It's retried automatically over the next few days, so a temporary hold or a low balance usually sorts itself out. If your card has changed, call or text us and we'll update it on our end. This applies to weekly drafts only — if a deposit payment is declined, just try again at checkout.
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your enrollment before your session starts. It's there to hold your seat, not to lock you in.
