For dental practices

Hire a trained dental assistant

We train Registered Dental Assistants at three Houston campuses, and a new group graduates roughly every ten weeks. If you're short-staffed or planning ahead, tell us what you need and we'll put you in front of the right people.

No fee. No contract. We're not a staffing agency.

Day one

What our graduates can already do

Ten weeks of training, all of it hands-on inside a working dental office — not a teaching lab.

Chairside

Four-handed assisting, moisture control, instrument transfer, patient examination, restorative procedures and materials.

Radiography

X-ray safety and technique, trained to Texas requirements.

Infection control

Sterilisation protocols, OSHA and HIPAA, operatory turnover.

Lab and impressions

Impressions, pour and trim, temporary fabrication.

Specialties

Exposure to periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics and orthodontics.

Front office

Scheduling, records and the basics of practice administration.

They arrive holding

  • Registered Dental Assistant — TSBDE registration, taken as part of the program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) — American Heart Association
  • Certificate of Completion — HDAS, a TWC-licensed career school

The difference

Trained in a practice, not a classroom

Every Saturday of the program runs inside a working dental office — real operatories, real equipment, real turnover between patients. By the time they graduate, the environment isn't new to them.

  • Groups of four or five, so nobody spends the course watching from the back
  • Taught by working dental professionals, not career instructors
  • Resume and interview preparation built into the program from week three
  • Bilingual graduates — instruction is available in English and Spanish

How it works

Three steps, no fee

  1. 1

Tell us what you're looking for

Where you are, what the role involves, whether it's full or part time, and when you need someone.

  2. 2

We share it with the right graduates

We'll pass it to students and graduates near you — usually from the campus closest to your practice.

  3. 3

    You interview and decide

Candidates come to you directly. There's no placement fee and no contract — we're a school, not an agency.

The best time to tell us is a few weeks before a session ends. Sessions run four times a year, and the next one begins Fall Session Begins: September 26, 2026.

Get started

Tell us what you need

Takes a minute. Debbie, our General Manager, handles employer enquiries and will come back to you personally — usually the same day.

Something else

Interested in hosting a campus?

Our three campuses run inside working practices — Mint Family Dental in Katy, Webster Dental Associates in Clear Lake, and America's Family Dental in Spring. Classes use the operatories on Saturdays, when most practices are closed. We're looking at Pearland next.
